Outdoor Electric Grill

Grills cook great-tasting food! If you live in a multi-family condo or apartment building, you may be limited in the type of grill you can use. However, you can still make amazing food with your outdoor electric grill on your balcony or patio. You may even choose an outdoor electric grill out of convenience to not have to bother with charcoal or propane gas.

The only type of grill permitted by the Florida Fire Prevention Code on condominium balconies is an electric portable, tabletop grill with up to 200 square inches of grilling surface.  Be sure to check your state and local laws and association rules if you live in a multi-family dwelling.

Here are some good options in order of the grill cooking area.

  • Porcelain-Enameled, Cast-Iron Cooking Grates for a good grilling surface and easy cleanup
  • Cast Aluminum Lid and Body with Aluminum Heat Retention Liners for consistent grilling temperature
